Perfect Honeymoon
We had the best experience working with them for our honeymoon. Everything was planned so well, and after all the stress that came with planning a wedding, it was honestly such a relief to be able to just enjoy the trip and not have to worry about anything.
The communication throughout the whole process was amazing, and we always felt like they genuinely cared about us and making sure we were having a great time. One day I ended up getting sick, and our driver stayed on standby and kept checking in on us to make sure we were okay. This agency was one of the best i've ever used, they had drivers ready for us when we landed and through out the whole trip. There was 4 locations we visited; Sideman, Lombok, Ubud & Seminyak as our final stay and each stay we had was just amazing. We had an issue with the hotel supplying us a smaller room than expected, we contacted our agent and she took care of the situation and we were upgraded to a better suite.
Another incident whereas the tour guide was taking photos and damaged my mobile handset which was a Samsung S23 Ultra. They had the mobile phone picked up by a driver and delivered to Samsung for a full repair of the screen and damages sustained. I had my phone repaired within 72hrs and delivered to me in another hotel as we moved locations 2 hrs away. Just amazing service and all covered by them.
Options given as me and my wide aren't party animals were great and we meet alot of local people that showed us around which we eventually met their family and had coffee together.
I just want to get married again just to use your services again.

¿Podemos combinar varios paquetes en una sola luna de miel?
Sí, esto podría ser posible. Digamos que te gusta una región de nuestro paquete Aventura, y dos regiones de nuestro paquete Romance, podríamos armar un itinerario combinado. Pero hay algunas limitaciones, por ejemplo, nunca terminamos una luna de miel en las Islas Gili por la fiabilidad del ferry en combinación con los vuelos. ¡Así que organicemos una llamada y lo resolvemos juntos!
¿Pueden adaptarse a mi alergia o restricción alimentaria?
Sí, podemos. Hemos organizado lunas de miel para parejas vegetarianas y veganas, y también para parejas donde uno de ellos tenía intolerancia al gluten, alergia a los mariscos o a los cacahuetes. También tenemos muchos clientes que quieren comer halal y evitar el alcohol. Eso sí, aunque comunicaremos tus requisitos alimentarios a todos los restaurantes en indonesio, te sugerimos que lo menciones también al llegar, solo para estar 100% seguros.
¿Este paquete es Halal?
No por defecto, pero podemos hacer los ajustes necesarios para ti. Podemos quitar cualquier alcohol y asegurarnos de que todos los restaurantes que visites tengan opciones sin cerdo ni manteca. Ten en cuenta que visitarás restaurantes que también sirven comida no halal o alcohol a otros clientes, y puede que no todos tengan un certificado Halal. Sin embargo, aunque Bali es mayoritariamente hindú, el país de Indonesia es mayoritariamente musulmán, y todos los chefs en Bali entienden cómo preparar comida Halal. Muchos huéspedes nos han pedido opciones de piscina privada de verdad que ofrezcan total privacidad, y con eso también te podemos ayudar.
¿Podemos reservar los hoteles nosotros mismos?
Lamentablemente, esto no es posible al reservar un paquete. Organizamos muchas experiencias en los hoteles, desde decoraciones florales hasta masajes y cenas románticas, lo que requiere mucha coordinación. Entendemos que quizás tengas puntos de tarjeta de crédito que quieras usar; quizás guárdalos para otro viaje o fíjate si puedes mejorar tu vuelo y llegar súper descansado a Bali ;-).
¿Este paquete puede empezar cualquier día?
¡Sí, puedes llegar a Bali cualquier día del año y empezar tu luna de miel! Agenda una llamada gratis y hagamos que esto suceda.
¿Qué tipo de coche y conductor tendremos?
Tendrás un solo conductor para toda tu luna de miel: Kadek, Made, Gading o cualquiera de nuestros otros conductores balineses súper amables. Todos son amables y serviciales, hablan un inglés decente (no siempre fluido, pero lo suficientemente bueno para comunicarse bien) y conducen coches cómodos con aire acondicionado. Espera un coche tipo Toyota Innova Reborn o similar, en el que caben unas 6 personas, ¡así que debería ser más que suficiente solo para ustedes dos!
No estamos de luna de miel. ¿Aun así podemos reservar este viaje?
¡Claro! Aunque todavía no estén casados, o si están celebrando un aniversario, o simplemente quieren pasar tiempo de calidad con su pareja, son bienvenidos a reservar uno de nuestros paquetes de luna de miel. Los hoteles y operadores de actividades los seguirán tratando como recién casados, lo que a menudo conlleva beneficios adicionales, pero nadie verificará si realmente se casaron hace poco ;-).
¿Nuestros hijos pueden acompañarnos en este paquete de luna de miel?
Nuestros paquetes están pensados para parejas. Muchos de los hoteles con los que trabajamos son solo para adultos, y algunas actividades no son adecuadas para niños. Así que, lamentablemente, nuestra respuesta es no, pero quizás podamos ayudarles a través de nuestro servicio de planificación personalizado.
Somos una pareja LGBT+. ¿Este paquete es adecuado para nosotros?
Recibimos a parejas de todas las orientaciones sexuales, y solo trabajamos con hoteles y socios que también lo hacen. Aunque Indonesia no reconoce el matrimonio gay, la gente de Bali es súper tolerante, y nuestro equipo está feliz de hacer todo lo posible para que ustedes se sientan seguros y bienvenidos. ¡Agendemos una llamada para que charlemos!
¿Qué visa necesito para Bali?
Muchos pasaportes califican para una Visa a la llegada en el aeropuerto, pero para saltarte las filas te sugerimos tramitar tu visa de Indonesia con antelación. Para algunos pasaportes, Indonesia siempre exige solicitarla con antelación. ¿Cuál es el mejor momento para venir a Bali?
Nuestros meses favoritos son abril y mayo, ya que la isla no está tan llena de gente, es más económica y está súper verde después de la temporada de lluvias. Sin embargo, aunque de junio a septiembre hay más movimiento, es la temporada seca y el clima suele ser muy bueno, soleado todos los días. La temporada de lluvias suele ir de octubre a marzo, pero últimamente ha sido impredecible. Millones de personas siguen visitando Bali durante la temporada de lluvias (diciembre es, de hecho, uno de los meses más populares para visitar Bali), y la gente la sigue pasando genial. ¿Qué métodos de pago aceptan y cuándo tengo que pagar?
Pedimos un 50% por adelantado para asegurar tus hoteles. La segunda mitad la necesitamos 45 días antes de tu llegada para poder organizar todo lo demás, desde actividades hasta cenas. Aceptamos varios métodos de pago.
Opción 1 - Transferencia Bancaria Internacional (WIRE).
Esta opción es la más económica, ya que solo pagarías las comisiones de tu banco local y nosotros podemos recibir directamente varias monedas como el dólar estadounidense o el euro.
Opción 2 - Tarjeta de Crédito (solo Visa o Mastercard).
Te cobraremos la tarifa justa en rupias indonesias. Ten en cuenta que el procesador añadirá una comisión del 2,5%, haciendo que esta opción sea más cara que la transferencia bancaria.
¿Están incluidos el seguro de viaje y el de salud?
No, el seguro no está incluido. Recomendamos a todas las parejas que se aseguren con su aseguradora de que están cubiertos en Indonesia, tanto con un seguro de viaje para imprevistos como vuelos cancelados o equipaje perdido, como con cobertura médica.
¿Ofrecen reembolsos si (tenemos que) cancelar nuestro viaje?
Lamentablemente no podemos hacer eso. Como le pagamos a los hoteles al instante, no podemos ofrecer reembolsos. Les sugerimos contratar un seguro de viaje para protegerse de cualquier imprevisto.
