We are Olivia & Dirk, and we are here to help. As a couple, we have lived in Bali for the past 5 years, and we know all the best romantic spots on the island. We’ve lived in Ubud & Canggu. In addition, we are experienced travelers that have been to over 65 countries and have visited all of Indonesia (Olivia is originally from the island of Sumatra in Indonesia). Bali is a large island with many regions, hundreds of hotels, thousands of restaurants, and infinite sights and activities. We are confident about creating the best itineraries tailored to your interests, desires, time, and budget based on our experience living on the island as a married couple for the past 6 years!
The Honeymoon Planning Service
We use our local knowledge to design your perfect personalized Bali or Indonesia Honeymoon Itinerary based on your ideas, desires and budget. Every honeymoon is different - some couples like 5-star hotels and fine dining, others like to go off the beaten path and are not afraid of spicy local food. Bali has many regions to choose from too.
You’ll probably have some ideas already on which places you would like to visit. We will have multiple conversations with you to make your trip perfect. Based on your budget and time in Bali, we will find the best hotel deals, a smart itinerary to get the most out of your time, activities you’ll love, dining experiences that match your taste preferences and the right balance between relaxing and exploring.
We start with a first introduction call, in which we try to understand as much as possible about your trip. During this call, we will already throw a lot of ideas at you. We’ll then draft an elaborate proposal, which hopefully checks all your boxes. In a second call we will tune this plan further to your liking. Along the way, we will answer any questions you may have about Bali or Indonesia. We will continue until you are happy with your itinerary. By the end, you’ll have a perfect itinerary, a complete budget, and you’ll know exactly what you will spend on your honeymoon.
A few weeks before the start of your honeymoon, you will receive a day-by-day booklet with all details you need to know every day (what to bring, at what time to meet your driver, restaurant suggestions near your hotel, etc).
All you have to make sure is to not miss your flight, we’ll take care of your while in Bali! We’ll get you a super friendly private driver, as well as a dedicated travel congierge for any questions or last-minute requests while on the island.
What’s included?
✔️ A one-hour first call to understand your desires, ideas, budget and interests better, and to answer any questions you may have.
✔️ A fully customized itinerary with hotel suggestions, activities, dinner ideas and more to get the most out of your budget and available time.
✔️ A follow-up call to walk through the itinerary and make sure you love it! We won’t stop until the itinerary is perfect!
✔️ We book all hotels for you, arrange all activities, reserve restaurants and ferry tickets.
✔️ We will get you a super friendly English-speaking private driver who we fully trust. Your driver has great local knowledge, comfortable spacious car with AC and happy mood every day!
✔️ You’ll receive a booklet with your itinerary and everything you will need to know from day to day (what to bring and wear, what time to be where, contact details, pre-purchased tickets, etc).
✔️ You will be welcomed at the airport with our handy surprise welcome package.
✔️ Bali travel concierge service: Your personal travel planner will be stand-by during your honeymoon to accommodate any last minute ideas, itinerary changes or questions - we’re flexible!

Pricing
It is difficult to set a price on something that is so tailored! The cost really depends on the level of luxury, type of experiences and hotels you are looking for.
Down Payment: We charge a US$ 300 down payment (non-refundable) to get started with your honeymoon, as we will invest a lot of time upfront to work with you to make the itinerary perfect. This down payment will be deducted from the cost of your honeymoon :-).
Minimum Budget: Unfortunately we are not able to offer this service for honeymoons with a budget below US$ 500 per night for hotels plus transport and experiences (excluding flights and dining). The reason for this is that our margins are small (we charge fair prices for your itinerary), spend a lot of time making your experience in Bali unforgettable, as well as have staff available during the entirety of your stay in Bali and Indonesia.
Honeymoon Packages: For honeymoons below the minimum budget, the most economical way to enjoy your honeymoon in Bali is by booking one of our honeymoon packages, which also allow for small customizations. These packages are very balanced and are actually based on our experience planning custom itineraries for couples!
