- Heliport Arrival: Your journey begins at the heliport, where you’ll check in and meet the flight crew.
- Safety Briefing: A short orientation covering passenger safety, weight and balance checks, and the boarding process.
- Boarding & Flyover: Board the helicopter and enjoy the scenic flight, flying directly over your custom message written in the sand at Melasti Beach.
- Touchdown at Melasti Beach: Your pilot lands right beside your message on the beach.
- Photo Session (Returning by Heli): A dedicated 1 to 2 minute window on the sand, with the beach, your message, and the helicopter all in frame together.
- Photo Session (Returning by Car): A longer 5 to 10 minute window at the beach, followed by a roughly 10 minute drive back to our heliport.
- Back to the Lobby: Return to the lobby to see your photos and video.
