📅 Day 1: Welcome to Seminyak, Bali 🌺
- After arrival in Bali, your private driver will transfer you to the highly rated 5-star Hotel Indigo Seminyak to start your honeymoon by the beach.
- On check-in, we will coordinate flower decorations in your room to make your first day extra special.
- You'll stay in a comfortable King Room. Scroll down for more details regarding your hotels.
- The rest of the day is free to settle in, enjoy the pools, and ease into island time.
📅 Day 2: Beach day and Sava Spa 💆
- Today is a relaxing beach day so you can comfortably get over your jetlag and enjoy Seminyak at your own pace. We love the beach here, it's very wide and fun beach bars are scattered along the boulevard within walking distance of your hotel. The ocean is really nice to swim in too, with fun waves crashing onto the beach.
- In the afternoon, you'll enjoy a 60-minute couples massage at Sava Spa at Hotel Indigo.
- Spend the rest of the day between the beach, resort pools, or nearby cafes and sunset bars. If you are energized despite your jetlag, consider exploring the famous Seminyak nightlife. Our favorite places include La Favella nightclub, Mexicola (latin), Ku De Ta Beachclub and Potato Head Beach Club.
📅 Day 3: Surf or Yoga? 🏄
- Start the day by enjoying the amazing Indigo breakfast buffet again!
- Enjoy an active morning. You can choose between a private surf lesson on the beach right in front of your hotel, or a private yoga session at the hotel Spa.
- More free time to enjoy the beach and resort in the afternoon. You could also enjoy the complimentary hotel amenities: there's a 24/7 gym, beach club, free massage chairs, multiple pools, cold plunge bath, luxury spa, and more.
- We include a voucher for sunset drinks & food on us at the colorful La Plancha Beach Bar in walking distance of your hotel.
📅 Day 4: Fly to Flores ✈️
- After breakfast, you will check-out and fly from Bali to Komodo Airport in the town of Labuan Bajo, Flores. The 1-hour return flight is already included in your package.
- On arrival, a driver will be waiting for you to drive you to your hotel (20 minutes drive). Check in at the spectacular 5-star Katamaran Komodo and settle into your spacious Ocean Deluxe room with amazing ocean views. The hotel has a beach club, pool, gym, spa and multiple restaurants to enjoy.
- Enjoy the rest of the day with spectacular views over the Komodo Sea from your resort.
📅 Day 5: Relaxing Flores day 🛶
- Enjoy a full day to relax at your Flores resort and recharge before the liveaboard adventure starts.
- We include one water activity rental on us: choose between a two-person kayak, water bike or two paddle boards.
- Use the rest of the day for pool time, ocean views, and a quiet evening in Labuan Bajo.
📅 Day 6: Swimming in a cave 🪨
- After a relaxed morning, you'll visit Rangko Cave by private boat for a refreshing cave swim.
- Afterwards, you can return to the hotel to relax or head into Labuan Bajo town (up to you, the driver is available for you).
- For dinner with panoramic views, we suggest Le Bajo. Adventurous couples could also try the seafood night market. If you rather head back to the hotel to enjoy a last dinner in the Katamaran hotel, that is also fine.
📅 Day 7: Time to board your Komodo liveaboard ⛵
- Around noon, you'll board your Komodo Phinisi liveaboard and begin your island-hopping adventure.
- You'll join a boutique luxury open trip, shared with a few other people. The exact boat depends on your travel dates, but we will share different options before you book. We guarantee an above-deck room with ocean views and private bathroom. Upgrading to a private phinisi trip is possible too, just talk to us!
- Today's route likely includes Kelor Island (snorkeling and beach), Manjarite (snorkeling), and Flying Fox Island for sunset (the order of sights might slightly differ based on ocean conditions).
- Lunch and dinner are included on board today. Most ships serve a diverse buffet meals, mostly consisting of a wide variety of Indonesian dishes but sometimes Western food as well.
📅 Day 8: Padar, Pink Beach, and Komodo dragons 🐉
- Today is your most iconic Komodo day: start with a Padar Island trek to see the sunrise. Afterwards, snorkel and sunbath at Pink Beach.
- You'll continue to Komodo Island to see the komodo dragons in Komodo National Park, the world's largest species of lizard that can grow up to 3 meters long.
- Afterwards, you will snorkel at Manta Point, hopefully spotting human-sized manta rays, and swim some more at the Taka Makassar island.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included while sailing.
📅 Day 9: Return to Bali and transfer to Ubud 🌿
- Start the day with snorkeling at Kanawa. The shores here are home to over 1000 different species of fish.
- Enjoy a last breakfast on board. You will sail back to Labuan Bajo Harbour, where you will catch an afternoon flight back to Bali, where your driver will transfer you to Ubud.
- Expect to arrive at your Ubud hotel in the early evening. A whole different world awaits: a dense jungle, with beautiful rivers, rice fields and Balinese temples.
📅 Day 10: Pick your adventure 🤠
- In the morning, you can choose your favorite activity to explore the surroundings of Ubud: either rafting on the Sayan jungle river, adventurous off-road ATV riding through the Bali countryside or an authentic Balinese cooking class.
- A simple buffet lunch is included with your rafting or ATV activity, but if you choose the cooking class you'll have a chance to enjoy your own Balinese food!
- Free time in the afternoon. If you do like to explore, consider going to Ubud town for museums, boutique shops, dinner, drinks or the Monkey Forest. You can find our favorite restaurant suggestions in the booklet you'll receive.
📅 Day 11: Discover Ubud 👗
- Today is all about discovering Bali's Hindu culture and Ubud's beautiful nature and rice terraces. Still, it is a pretty relaxed day, you will be picked up around 10AM and get back to your hotel well in advance for dinner.
- Discover the famous stacked rice terraces, a protected UNESCO heritage site. Drive through authentic villages and spot Hindu temples.
- Pick your favorite: Experience a two-person Jungle Swing and take Instagram-worthy honeymoon pictures together, or experience an off-the-beaten-path trek through less touristy rice fields (without the swing).
- A local 3-course lunch at a romantic bamboo restaurant overlooking the jungle is included your trip today.
- Visit the beautiful and ancient Tirta Empul temple, where you may choose to undergo a refreshing Melukat water cleansing ceremony.
- Once you get back to the hotel you will have time to refresh before enjoying a romantic candle-light dinner at a beautiful private spot, included in your package!
📅 Day 12: We're gonna miss you! 👋
- Unfortunately no honeymoon can last forever... Based on the departure time of your flight, your driver will pick you up at the hotel and drop you off at the airport. We suggest leaving 3.5 hours before international flights, as traffic can sometimes be bad. You'll probably arrive too early but we rather not have you miss your flight!
- If you want, the driver can make a stop at a massive souvenir shop along the way to the airport, where you can find much better valued memories and gifts than at the airport itself. In that case, we suggest leaving the hotel 4 hours before your flight.
- Let us know if your flight departs late in the evening, we can help arranging a visit to a beach club for your last day (not included in the package).

3 Nights at Hotel Indigo (Seminyak Beach)
You will stay 3 nights in a King Room at the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-star Hotel Indigo. Check our Seminyak Honeymoon Guide for more information about the trendy upscale beach town of Seminyak.
- Seminyak is a very lively and trendy area, and the 5-Star Hotel Indigo allows you to stay close to the action of Seminyak town, while being able to retreat to this luxury beachfront resort at any time. The majority of guests staying in this hotel are couples.
- The Indigo Hotel is highly rated and offers a wide range of facilities: multiple large pools, a luxurious spa, a gym for those who would like to continue working out, multiple restaurants including the beachfront SugarSand bar which is perfectly positioned to catch the famous Seminyak sunset.
- Your spacious 50 sqm (538 sqf) King Room is beautifully designed and includes a private balcony with day-bed, spa-inspired bathroom, rain shower, espresso machine, juicer and tv.
- We love the beach in this part of Seminyak. The sand is white, the beach wide, and the ocean creates fun waves for swimming. Many cozy beach bars can be found in walking distance.
- The hotel serves one of the best breakfast buffets of Bali, with the widest variety, and it is included in your stay.
- While we believe this room is great already, it is possible to upgrade to a King Room with ocean views, or splurge on Premium King Suite with private jaccuzi and ocean-view balcony, or Private Pool Villa (just talk to us!).
3 Nights at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo
You will stay 3 nights in an Ocean Deluxe Room at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo in Labuan Bajo, Flores.
- The 5-star Katamaran resort is highly rated by couples. The views are spectacular and the staff is super friendly.
- On arrival, you will be welcomed with a refreshing face towel and welcome drink. We'll arrange some honeymoon decorations in your room.
- Your 45sqm (485 sqf) Ocean Deluxe room has a large King Bed, private oceanview balcony and modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toiletries included.
- A generous buffet breakfast is included in your stay. For lunch and dinner, you could consider visiting the Layar Restaurant with pool, the Kliff Bistro towering above the resort or the floating beach club.
- The resort has a yoga platform and gym, as well as massage spa. We include a water activity of your choice (e.g. canoe, standup paddle or waterbike). Snorkel gear is available at a small surcharge.
- Let us know if you would like to upgrade to a Grand Premier Ocean View (with ocean-view bathtub), Signature Ocean Suite (with living room), or Overwater Villa with private pool.
2 Nights Komodo Liveaboard Experience
You will stay 2 nights on a Komodo liveaboard ship, and sail across the Komodo Islands.
- This is the most unique part of the itinerary: two nights sailing through the rugged Komodo Islands, with world-famous snorkeling and island stops. All meals are included on-board.
- While the exact order of stops might differ, expect visiting spectacular islands, snorkeling spots and sights like Padar Island, Pink Beach, Komodo National Park, Kanawa Island, Taka Makassar island, Flying Fox Island, Manjarite and Kelor Island.
- Which ship? The exact Phinisi vessel depends on your travel dates and availability, however we will make sure you'll have a premium experience on a beautiful ship with friendly crew, and guarantee a main deck or upper-deck cabin with ocean views and a private bathroom (never below-deck).
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included while on board as part of the liveaboard program. Mostly this is served in buffet-style, with a focus on Indonesian dishes and seafood but occasional western food as well. Vegetarian and Halal diets can be accommodated.
- Note that most open Phinisi trips leave on Mondays or Fridays from Labuan Bajo. Depending on the start date of your honeymoon, we might need to shift some stays around (e.g. enjoy the Liveaboard first, stay at the Katamaran hotel after). This won't affect the inclusions of your honeymoon.
- Cabins included in package (based on availability, we will coordinate options with you): Catnatze Phinisi (Casafa or Grandis cabin), Elbark Cruise (Rote, Selayar, Weh or Mentawai cabin), Carnaby two (Deluxe or Suite cabin), Gammara Phinisi (Master or Suite cabin), Navila (Master cabin), Vinca (Japanese or Western cabin), Marea (Deluxe cabin), Panrita (Master cabin), Yumana (Deluxe or Signature cabin), Sundari (Deluxe Balcony, Signature Ocean or Master Balcony cabin), or similar. 3 Nights at the Jannata Resort & Spa (Ubud)
You will stay 3 nights in a Deluxe Suite at the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Jannata Resort & Spa. Check our Ubud Honeymoon Guide for more information on Ubud, the jungle town and cultural capital of Bali.
- There is a lot to like at the Jannata. And don't just trust us, check the ratings yourself! This 5-star hotel is the perfect Ubud base for your honeymoon. Just far enough out of town to provide a secluded jungle experience, but only 10-15 minutes drive away for those looking to enjoy the lively town as well. You'll enjoy a candle-light dinner at the gazebo.
- Breakfast here is a-la-carte and unlimited, you can order as much as you like. If you want, experiencing a floating breakfast at the pool is possible too. The Amateras restaurant is a great option for lunch or dinner, fairly priced for a 4-star hotel, but there are a few other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel too. With the scheduled hotel shuttle you can easily go to town as well (if the timing doesn't work out, taxis are affordable too).
- We've made sure to include a lot of romantic amenities in your stay. We'll coordinate with the hotel to make sure your bed and bath tub are decorated with flowers on arrival. You'll get a honeymoon cake with two drinks included to celebrate on your wedding.
- Do note: this hotel is located on a ridge, with some stairs to climb. It is not very suitable for those with difficulties walking. Get in touch with us if you feel this could be an issue.

Transport included:
- ✔️ Airport pick-up by one of our friendly Balinese drivers. In Bali, you will drive with an air-conditioned spacious car, with wifi and cooled water onboard. We aim to assign the same driver for your entire honeymoon, with exception of parts outside Bali or short private transfers provided by activity operators (e.g. a short drive from your hotel to the rafting river might be provided by the rafting company).
- ✔️ Transfer between hotels and to and from all activities that are part of your itinerary.
- ✔️ Airport Drop Off on your last day (stop at souvenir shop possible).
- ✔️ Two-way domestic flights from Bali to Labuan Bajo (Flores) using Air Asia or Batik Air, with 20kg check-in luggage per person included (possible to upgrade to 30kg).
- ✔️ Sail between highlights in the Komodo Islands on your Phinisi ship. All transport to get to your ship and to the airport afterwards included.
Not included:
- ❌ Flights from your home country: As we have clients from all over the world, with wildly varying flight costs, the price of your flights between your home country and Bali is not included.
- ❌ Travel Insurance: While some adventure activities include insurance, full travel and/or medical insurance is not included. If you are not covered in Indonesia, we suggest arranging this with your local insurer.
- ❌ Visa (on arrival): As the costs for visa's vary widely between nationalities, we do not include this by default. However we are available for any questions and help with regards to visas, and provide a booklet with more information to all guests.
- ❌ Tourist Tax: A roughly 10$ tourist tax per person is now required to enter Bali. This is paid at the airport and not included in your package.
- ❌ All Inclusive Meals: While all breakfasts and some lunches and dinners are included, this is not an all-inclusive package. We do provide restaurant suggestions in each region you visit, and we can always help finding specific cuisines!
- ❌ 24/7 Private Driver: Your private driver is assigned for the itinerary agreed, and not standby 24/7. While it's fine to make a quick extra stop somewhere, additional driving will incur reasonable additional costs.

Can we extend this package with extra nights?

Can we change activities or add some more?

Can we upgrade the hotels we stay at?

Can you arrange a surprise for my partner?
Flower decorations with specific texts, romantic dinners, a surprise helicopter trip... We are happy to help you organize any surprises for your partner. We’ll make sure your booklet will not mention this surprise and your driver won’t mention it, so it stays a secret till the end!
Can we combine multiple packages into a single honeymoon?
Yes, this might be possible. Let’s say you like one region from our Adventure package, and two regions from our Romance package, we might be able to come up with a combined itinerary. However there are some limitations, e.g. we never finish a honeymoon in the Gili Islands due to ferry reliability in combination with flights. Let’s just organize a call and figure this one out together!
Can you accommodate my allergy or dietary requirement?
Yes, we can. We have organized honeymoons for vegetarian and vegan couples, as well as couples where one of the people had gluten intolerance, seafood allergy or peanut allergy. We also have many clients that are looking to eat halal and avoid alcohol. Do note that while we will communicate your dietary requirements to all restaurants in Indonesian, we still suggest mentioning it on arrival as well - just to be 100% sure.
Is this package Halal?
Not by default, but we can make the required adjustments for you. We can take out any alcohol, and make sure all restaurants you visit have options without pork or lard. Do note that you will visit restaurants that also serve non-halal food or alcohol to other customers, and they may not all have a Halal certificate. However while Bali is majority Hindu, the country of Indonesia is majority Muslum, and every chef in Bali understands how to prepare Halal food. We had many guests ask us for real private pool options that provide proper privacy, and we are happy to help with that as well.
Can we book the hotels ourselves?
Unfortunately this is not possible when booking a package. We organize many experiences at the hotels, from flower decorations to massages and romantic dinners, which requires close coordination. We do understand you may have credit card points you would like to spend - maybe save them for another trip or see if you can get your flight upgraded and arrive extra well rested in Bali ;-).
Can this package start on any date?
Yes, you can arrive on Bali any day of the year and start your honeymoon! Lets schedule a free call and make this happen.
What type of car and driver will we get?
You’ll get one driver for your entire honeymoon, either Kadek, Made, Gading, or one of our other super friendly Balinese drivers. All of them are kind and helpful, speak decent English (not always fluent, but good enough to communicate well), and drive comfortable cars with air conditioning. Expect a car of the type Toyota Innova Reborn or similar, which fits around 6 people so should be more than enough for just the two of you!
We are not on a honeymoon. Can we still book this trip?
Sure! Even if you are not married yet, or if you are celebrating an anniversary, or just keen to spend quality time with your partner, you are welcome to book one of our honeymoon packages. You'll still be treated like honeymooners by your hotels and activity operators, often leading to extra perks - but no one will check if you're actually recently married ;-).
Can our kids join on this honeymoon package?
Our packages are designed for couples. Many of the hotels we work with are adult-only, and some activities are not suited for children. So unfortunately our answer is no, but possibly we can help through our custom planning service.
We are an LGBT+ Couple. Is this package suitable for us?
We welcome guests of all sexual orientations, and only work with hotels and partners that do so as well. While Indonesia does not recognize gay marriage, the people of Bali are extremely tolerant, and our team is happy to do anything within our means to make you feel safe and welcomed. What Visa do I need for Bali?
Many passports qualify for Visa on Arrival at the airport, but in order to skip the lines we suggest arranging your Indonesian Visa in advance. For some passports, Indonesia always require applying in advance. Fill the form here to find out (choose your country, then select “general” as your purpose and “tourism” as your sub purpose).
What is the best time to come to Bali?
Our favorite months are April and May, as the island is not so crowded, more affordable and beautifully green after the wet season. However while June-September are more busy, this is the dry season and the weather is usually very good, sunny every day. The wet season generally runs from October to March, but has been unpredictably lately. Millions of people still visit Bali during the wet season (December is actually one of the most popular months to visit Bali), and people still have a great time. Most days in wet season it rains for an hour or so around the end of the afternoon, but you could get unlucky and run into consecutive days of rain (though this could even happen during dry season).
Is this honeymoon package all inclusive?
No. While all hotels, activities and transport are included, this package is not all-inclusive with all meals covered. All breakfast is included, as well as some lunches and dinners. Check the complete list above. In each region we will give suggestions for good places to have dinner.
Are flights included in the package?
No, flights are not included. As we have clients from all over the world, and flight prices differ a lot per region, we don’t include flights by default.

Which Payment Methods do you accept and when do I have to pay?
We require 50% upfront to secure your hotels. The second half is required 45 days before your arrival in order for us to organize everything else, from activities to dining. We accept multiple payment methods.
Option 1 - International Bank Transfer (WIRE).
This option is the cheapest, as you would just pay your local bank fees and we can receive multiple currencies like US Dollar or Euro directly.
Option 2 - Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard only).
We will charge you the fair rate in Indonesian Rupia. Do note the processor will add a 2.5% fee, making this option more expensive than the Wire Transfer.
Are Travel and Health Insurance included?
No, insurance is not included. We recommend all couples to make sure with their insurer that they are covered in Indonesia, both travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances like cancelled flights or lost luggage, as well as medical coverage.
Do you offer refunds if we (have to) cancel our trip?
Unfortunately we cannot do that, as we pay the hotels immediately, we cannot offer refunds. We suggest arranging travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. For activities we do offer refunds in case of weather cancellations. Read our terms and conditions here.
