How the Judging Actually Works
Winning isnāt a popularity contest, and it isnāt a decision made entirely behind closed doors either, itās both, on purpose. Every nomination starts on Instagram, where properties and their guests show us, not just tell us, why a place deserves the title, and from there the field narrows through a scored review and a public vote that genuinely moves the needle.
That score itself runs on one fixed sheet for every property, so a villa with five rooms and a resort with fifty rooms are judged on identical terms: ratings and review volume across Google and Tripadvisor make up 80% of the total, while genuine honeymoon focus, how built a place actually is for couples, fills the rest. Only after all that does our own team walk the shortlisted properties in person, before anyone gets to call themselves a winner. There are no nomination fees and no way to simply pay for a win, the same process and the same formula apply to everyone.
2026 Romantic Awards Timeline
Nominate your favorite hotel, fine dining restaurant, couple dayclub, or couple experiences for the Romantic Awards 2026 by simply uploading a photo or video to Instagram. The photo or video can be of the venue only, or include yourself, but should highlight the place you are nominating!

Steps to Enter the 2026 Romantic Awards
As you can see, entering is refreshingly simple, and it starts with your phone, just snap a photo or film a short video of the hotel, restaurant, dayclub, or experience youāre nominating, then post it to Instagram with a caption on why it deserves to win. From there, just tag@balihoneymooncom and add our hashtags #BaliHoneymoonAwards #RomanticAwards2026, and youāre done, no forms, no fees, and weāll repost every entry we see.
- Upload. Snap a photo or film a short video of the hotel, restaurant, dayclub, or experience youāre nominating. It can be the venue alone or include yourself in it, whatever best captures why this place deserves the spotlight.
- Caption. Write a caption explaining why it deserves to win, what makes it so special, especially for couples. This is your pitch, so the more specific and heartfelt, the better it stands out among the entries.
- Collaborate. Post it to Instagram and tag @balihoneymooncom directly in the post. Thatās what actually puts your entry on our radar, and itās how we find you to repost.
- Hashtag. Add our official hashtags #BaliHoneymoonAwards and #RomanticAwards2026 so your nomination is grouped with everyone elseās and doesnāt get lost in the feed.
