The Overall Jury Award for Best Romantic Hotel Winner is the Kaamala Resort in Ubud 🏆. As BaliHoneymoon.com, we had countless guests stay at The Kaamala, and the experience has been absolutely perfect all the time.

We’d like to also celebrate the following regional winners.

  • Ubud: The Jury Award goes to the Ayung Resort named after the river it overlooks, and we can announce that the Sebali Resort just east of Ubud won the people’s choice award 2025!
  • South Bali: The Jury Award goes to the Biu Biu Resort on the cliffs North of Uluwatu, and the People’s Choice was won by Sini Vie in Seminyak.
  • Beyond Bali: The Jury has awarded the 2025 price for the Best Romantic Hotel outside of Bali to Villa Tokay in Gili Air.

Best Couple Day Club 2025

The spectacularly located oneeighty Day Club has won the Jury Choice Award for Best Couple Day Club in 2025. But it’s not only ocean-facing clubs this round. The People Choice Award for best Day Club for couples goes to Jungle Club Ubud!

Amateras is the winner of the jury choice award 2025, while the best romantic dining according to the people’s vote on Instagram went to Kai Restaurant.

Best Couple Massage 2025

Senses Spa Uluwatu, on the cliffs overlooking the Indian Ocean, is the Jury Choice for best Couple Massage in 2025. Champaka Spa in Ubud, overlooking the Ubud jungle, won the people choice for best Couple Massage in Bali.

2025 Awards Timeline

📷 September: Nominations on Instagram During this time, anyone, including honeymooners, hotels, activity operators, restaurants, travel influencers or tourism professionals, can submit nominations for their favourite romantic experiences.
✨ Early October: Nominees announced All selected nominees will be officially announced and showcased to the public.
✔️ October 1-15 Voting period Voting opens! The public can vote for their favourite nominees across all categories.
🏆 Late October: Winners announced Winners will be officially announced early October. We'll celebrate them across our website and social media.

How to Nominate

Nominate your favorite hotel, fine dining restaurant, spa massage, or romantic beach club for the Romantic Awards 2025 by simply uploading a photo or video to Instagram. The photo or video can be of the venue only, or include yourself, but should highlight the place you are nominating!

Add a caption explaining why this hotel, restaurant, spa, or beach club deserves the award and what makes it so special, especially for couples. 😍

Who will decide the winners?

There will be both a judges choice, and a peoples choice award in each category!

  • Judges Choice: The top 4 nominees with the most likes on Instagram will be shortlisted. The Balihoneymoon.com jury will then select one winner for each category.
  • Peoples Choice: All nominees will be reposted on @balihoneymooncom’s Instagram account. The nominee with the most likes will win.
